				College of Applied Life Sciences
				Following months of discussion, a proposal seeking to reorganize the College of Applied Life Sciences was submitted to the Board of Supervisors of the University of Louisiana System. The Board approved the proposal and it became effective at the onset of the Summer 2006 term. Undergraduate programs that were previously within the College of Applied Life Sciences have been relocated to other academic colleges on campus (see below) and the College has been effectively dissolved. Students already pursuing an M.S. in Human Resources have an opportunity to finish their studies. At this time, the University is not accepting new admissions for graduate studies in Human Resources. The new locations of programs from the former college appear below. Renewable Resources to College of Sciences Apparel Design and Merchandising to College of the Arts Child and Family Studies to College of Liberal Arts Hospitality Management to College of Business Administration Dietetics to College of Nursing and Allied Health Professions
