2005 Southwestern Review Submission Guidelines

                                     Deadline: Thursday November 18, 2004

                                                 Theme: Tattoos & Disguise

         1. Fiction – Limit 4000 Words
         2. Flash Fiction – Limit 650 Words
         3. Poetry – Limit 2 Poems, 2 Pages each
         4. Non-Fiction: Limit 3000 Words
         5. B&W Photographs / Optical Illusion Artwork / Scanned Artwork
            (Submit on Disc in JPEG format)

• Work should be double-spaced, 12-Point font, with numbered pages.
• Submissions accepted in the English department office
  (Box labeled “Southwestern Review Submissions” inside the
   English office, on the left side above mailboxes)
• Submit along with a cover sheet which should include the following:

                        Name (should not appear anywhere on creative work)
                        Address
                        Phone Number
                        Email Address
                        Title of Piece
                        Specify whether Graduate (GR) or Undergraduate (UG)
