Domingue, Eddie . 19 June 2002: Mr. Domingue, a licensed radio operator, began working in the oil industry in 1942 due to wartime demands for radio operators. He discusses working as a hotshot in the early days of the offshore industry and using his radio skills in the marshes of South Louisiana.
