Kaigler, Kenneth . 25 June 2002: Mr. Kaigler began as a roughneck and with his petroleum engineering degree eventually became a drilling engineer. He is now a consultant. He talks about his work, company treatment of employees, and the technological changes that have occurred in the industry.
