Statement:
My main research interests are applications of mathematics to
problems in the neurosciences, and collaborating with neurologists
and neuropsychologists. Mathematical techniques related to these
interests include, both well-posed and ill-posed boundary-value
problems, optimization, asymptotic and perturbative techniques, and
the use of wavelets for editing and compression of large
datasets.
