WS_FTP LE is an easy to use and intuitive FTP client for Winsock. It is the limited edition version of WS_FTP Pro. Free to educational users, government employees (U.S. local, state, federal and military) or to non-business home users only. WS_FTP LE is no longer available from its creator Ipswitch (www.ipswitch.com). It has been replaced by WS_FTP Home, which is not freeware.
