Scholars Luncheon
UL Lafayette President Joseph Savoie, UL Lafayette Provost Dr. Steve Landry and UL System Board Chairman Winfred Sibille joined high-achieving students for lunch last Thursday.
More than 300 of this fall’s first-time freshman class scored above a 28 on the ACT exam. Several have near-perfect or perfect 36 ACT scores. Students and administrators celebrated these accomplishments during the annual Presidential Scholars Luncheon last week. "You really do represent the best and brightest we've ever had. Let us know how we can help you be even more successful," UL Lafayette President Joseph Savoie told the group. "Now you're a member of the family."
