DANCE WITH RON K. BROWN AT MCLAURIN GYM

Ronald K. Brown, choreographer and artistic director of Evidence Dance Company, will lead a dance workshop for the public at 1 p.m. Sept. 19 at McLaurin Hall on campus.
All ages are welcome. This open dance workshop focuses on contemporary dance but is designed for dancers at all experience levels.
Classes begin center floor with an emphasis on alignment, rhythm and using the body to express ideas and themes. No special shoes or clothing required, just dress comfortably.
Call the PASA office to register at (337) 237-2787 ext 206. UL Lafayette students can purchase $12 discount tickets for Evidence Dance Company’s performance at the Heymann Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 20.
