UL-Lafayette School of Music Choral Department Hosts 10th Annual Madrigal Dinner

A royal banquet to include a play, a concert with period music and instruments, dance, strolling minstrels, the Boar’s Head and Wassail ceremonies, featuring a Wizard, Princess, King, Jester Lady Blondine and a Frog. Fine dining for the event will be provided by Prejean’s.

Imagine a candlelit banquet hall draped with medieval banners and pine boughs accenting the scene. An evil which beckons the diners to join the festivities. The mood is one of enchantment and magic.

The fully costumed event will be held on Thursday, Nov. 12, Friday, Nov. 13 and Saturday, Nov. 14 at 6:30 p.m. All are held at the Affiliated Blind Center located at 409 West St. Mary Blvd.

Shake the wrinkles out of your costumes (if you so desire), gather your group, purchase your tickets, and prepare for an enchanting evening of fun, music and dining.

For those who wish to gather a group, a complete table consists of 10 seats. Reservations are necessary. Tickets are $50.00 per person for the complete evening, dinner and show. For tickets call 337-482-6015.
