of Louisiana at Lafayette Black Faculty & Staff
Association Website. We are an officially recognized university
organization established to address and serve the needs
and concerns of Black faculty,
staff, and students on campus. The Mission of BFSA is
to promote equity, fair representation, employment and quality
of life in the university environment.
We are proud to be a part of the University community.
BFSA welcomes the opportunity to work with other groups
