Dear Students,

Welcome to UL Lafayette! As you embark on your journey through college, I know you will discover a world of new ideas, new concepts, and new friends. You are joining thousands of other students who have chosen to explore new frontiers and make the same exciting journey into higher education.

We in Student Affairs are very proud of the many opportunities available to you outside the classroom, for they will play a vital role during your college experience. Please take the time to learn all you can about our University. And remember that we offer a variety of services to make your experience at UL Lafayette an enjoyable one. Please take advantage of these services. The Dean of Students Office and all the departments in Student Affairs are here to serve you in any way we can. Lastly, I challenge you to make the most of your college years. I urge you to challenge yourself and determine what these college years will mean to you.
