SEMESTER BREAK HOURS (MON. 5/19/08 - FRI. 6/6/08)
CLINIC HRS:
Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:45pm
Friday 7:30am-12:15pm
APPOINTMENT HRS:
Monday-Thursday 12pm-4pm
Friday 8am-11:45pm
SHS WILL BE CLOSED MONDAY MAY 26TH IN OBSERVANCE OF MEMORIAL DAY.

Health Services has a caring staff of licensed professionals who are experienced
with the practice of medicine in a college setting. Our team of professionals
are dedicated to provide UL Lafayette students with the best primary care
possible.
We
invite you to visit our website, come by our clinic, or call 482-5464 if you have any questions or concerns. We look forward to treating and
servicing your health care needs while you are attending UL Lafayette.
SHS is closed on weekends and university holidays.
If you need assistance when clinic is closed call University Police at 482-6447 or seek care at local Walk In Clinic or Emergency Room.
