| Well Woman Exam |
You must complete the following prior to scheduling a well woman exam at Student Health Services:
• Watch 3 video tapes prior to your first visit only. This is to educate you and hopefully answer some questions you may have. We encourage you to bring all of your questions/concerns and discuss them with the practitioner during your appointment. |

• You must pay the exam fee. Please call (48-clinic) for current fee. |
After you complete your exam, if oral contraceptives are
initiated:
| • You will be given a 3 month prescription. | |
|
• You must schedule a return visit while you are on your 3rd pack of oral contraceptives for a blood pressure and weight evaluation. During that 3 month visit, you will be given a prescription for 10 months from the practitioner to get filled at our in-house pharmacy or your pharmacy of choice. |
