This is the list of things that you
need to do as soon as you arrive here.
You will be going
to the ISO (International Student Organization)
for the verification of the Documents (I20,
passport, visa, I90, Other Certificates)
Meet the student
Advisor for the Concerned Dept to decide upon
the course you can take and will help you in
deciding the field.
Then go to the
Registration Office for the Courses Registration
By showing this
course Registration slip, you will be given the
College Identity Card.
Then you will be
going to Stephens Hall which is in the
Quadrangle .Out here you will be given the Unix
Account. With this you can access the UCS 24
hrs a day.
Open a bank
account at Teche Federal Savings Bank, which is
close to the campus. Generally, Indian Students
open their account here.
The ISO will give
you a time and date for the Student Orientation
where in you will be shown the college depts.,
buildings, rules and regulations. Later on you
will be filling the SSN (Social Security Number)
application. This number is very important and you
can do nothing with out this.
