Scholarship Applicatn Criteria:

Must have a minimum undergraduate cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.2
Have completed a minimum of 60 undergraduate hours by Spring 2010
Have a demonstrated record of success and excellence in leadership and service on the UL-Lafayette campus
Blue Key Honor Society members are ineligible for this award

Application Instructions:

Completed application should be returned to the Liberal Arts office (Martin Hall Room 246) no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 19, 2010
