Schedule of meetings for the Spring 2012 session: |

If
you are applying for GSO funding, you must attend the meeting
when your application will be discussed. |
| • |
If
you cannot attend the meeting when your application will
be discussed, you must make arrangements for a proxy to attend in
your absence. A statement detailing these proxy arrangements should
be sent to the GSO President (e-mail
is acceptable). Check with your representative the newly instated Proxy Rules and Regulations. |
| • |
At
least eight GSO representatives must be present at the Fall and
Spring meetings for funding applications to be considered. |
| • |
If
a department's GSO representative is not present at a scheduled
meeting, no applications from that department can be voted on. |

| NOTES |
| In general, meetings are held the second week of each month, please contact your department's representative if the dates shown are out of date
|

| Important Dates
and Deadlines: |
|
Note: all funding applications must be received by the GSO
officers no later than one calendar week before the meeting at which they
will be voted on. Applications must be complete at the time they are submitted.

Day to submit GSO funding applications
for the Fall 2008 semester. |

Last
day to submit receipts to the business office to be reimbursed
for GSO applications approved during the Fall 2008 semester. |
