2009 Greater Acadiana Start! Heart Walk

The second philanthropy event of the fall semester will be the 2009 Greater Acadiana Start! Heart Walk. This event will begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday, November 7. It will take place at Elysian Fields Park in River Ranch on River Ranch Boulevard, behind Ascension Day School.

As the signature fund-raising event for the American Heart Association, the Start! Heart Walk promotes physical activity and heart-healthy living in a fun family environment.

Click here to sign up and follow the directions. The company name will be the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Once you continue, scroll down to join the MBA Association team. Registration is free; however, you can make your own donation and set your own goals. The goal of the MBA Association is to raise $1000.

If you would like to donate directly in the name of any member of the MBA Association, click here. All the donations will go directly to the total MBA Association goal of $1000.

All members who are participating can view their goals by logging into the Heart Walk page. Click here to view your information.

We will also be asking for $1 donations in classes by purchasing a heart. These hearts can be picked up in the MBA office.
