Welcome to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. We are happy you have chosen to join us. It is a privilege to serve you as you embark on one of life's extraordinary experiences. Together we share the responsibility of making sure your time here allows you to realize all of your goals and aspirations.

Our University celebrated its centenary in the year 2000. Many things have changed since 1900. However, one thing has never changed - dedication to meeting the needs of the students. We offer you outstanding instructors and a caring staff, a beautiful campus and an atmosphere intended to be conducive to your education. We encourage you to become involved both in the classroom and out. Please take advantage of the many opportunities our community has to offer you.
