Online program in curriculum and instruction earns high ranking

The University of Louisiana at Lafayette is ranked No. 37 in the nation among the most affordable online master’s degree programs in curriculum and instruction, according to topeducationdegrees.org.

Top Education Degrees provides information about education degree programs for students, teachers and administrators. It considered 146 schools that offer advanced degrees in curriculum and instruction.

UL Lafayette was No. 37 on its Top 50 list, which is based on information collected from the U.S. Department of Education’s National Center for Education Statistics.

According to topeducationdegrees.org: “(UL Lafayette) students learn how to develop, refine, and reform curricula and facilitate instruction patterns for themselves, peers, and veteran educators.”

Other Louisiana schools included in the rankings were Xavier (16), LSU Shreveport (18), Grambling (22), the University of Louisiana at Monroe (36) and Northwestern State (39).
